TechsGenius Analyser Editor: The Full Walkthrough (Idea to Published Post)

T By TechsGenius Editorial Jun 29, 2026 2 views

Most SEO tools only tell you what is wrong. The Analyser Editor in AI Studio Pro goes further — it fixes the content for you, step by step, while you stay in control and approve each change.

What the Analyser Editor is

The Analyser Editor is the main workspace inside AI Studio Pro. The big idea in one line: “Discover a topic, let the AI write and optimise it, then publish — you just click to approve.”

From one screen you find a topic from your content gaps, auto-draft the post, score it against an SEO target, remove over-used keywords, fill missing sections, weave in NLP terms, place internal links, check crawlability, generate the meta, and publish to WordPress.

The workflow at a glance
  1. Open the Analyser Editor
  2. Start Here → Discovered Ideas → pick a topic
  3. The agent drafts the full post
  4. Re-analyze → score & colour-code
  5. Fix over-optimisation (click → confirm → it rewrites out)
  6. Agentic Improve / Fill Content Gaps
  7. Improve Content → drag a suggestion in
  8. On-Page SEO · NLP Terms · Crawlability
  9. Internal-link auto-placement
  10. Generate the Meta → Publish

Part A — Get a topic and a draft

1Open the Analyser Editor

Do this
  1. Log in at techsgenius.org.
  2. Open AI Studio Pro → Analyser Editor (or open it from the Dashboard).

2Start Here → Discovered Ideas

“Discovered Ideas” asks the agent to read what you have already published and find the gaps worth writing next.

Do this
  1. Click Start Here in the editor toolbar.
  2. Choose Discovered Ideas (under “Create”).
  3. Wait while the agent finds your content gaps.
Start Here lists every workflow — choose “Discovered Ideas.”

3Pick an idea, and the agent drafts it

What you’ll see

A list of ranked ideas, each with an opportunity score and a short reason. The higher the score, the stronger the gap.

Do this
  1. Click the idea you want to write.
  2. It becomes a new document and the agent drafts the full post automatically — it appears in the editor and in Site Posts.

Part B — Score and understand the draft

4Re-analyze: the score and the colours

Do this
  1. Click Re-analyze.
What you’ll see

A Score out of 100 against a target, and the content colour-coded so problems are obvious:

Red — over-usedAmber — acceptableGreen — on target

On the right, the On-Page SEO and Mentions panels show each term’s count against its target.

Tip
The score and colours refresh on every change, so you can watch the post improve in real time.

Part C — Let the agent improve it (the agentic part)

5Fix over-optimisation in one click

Over-used keywords are flagged in an orange Over-optimized bar above the content.

Do this
  1. Click the over-used keyword in the bar (e.g. “agentic AI agent (14/6)”).
  2. Confirm “optimise?” on the small prompt.
  3. The agent rewrites it out; its highlights fade and the count drops from red to green.
Click an over-used keyword, confirm, and the agent rewrites it out — the count drops to green.
Click an over-used keyword, confirm, and the agent rewrites it out — the count drops to green.
Tip
This is the difference between a tool that flags problems and one that fixes them — and you approve every change.

6Agentic Improve (one tap)

Do this
  1. Click Agentic Improve.
  2. A short “Agent is improving your content…” message appears.
  3. The agent rewrites the whole post, re-colours every term, and lifts the score toward target in one pass.

7Fill Content Gaps (hands-free)

Do this
  1. Click Fill Content Gaps.
  2. The agent researches and writes the missing sections for you, then re-scores the post — no copy-paste.

8Improve Content: drag a suggestion in

The Improve Content panel (AI Suggest) offers ready-made blocks — a comparison table, a pricing table, a counter-argument section.

Do this
  1. Open Improve Content and click AI Suggest.
  2. Drag a suggestion onto the document.
  3. On drop, the agent writes the whole section in place — heading, paragraph and list.

Part D — Polish for search

9On-Page SEO checks

The On-Page SEO panel marks each signal pass / warn / fail — title, meta description, H1, heading hierarchy, anchor text, structured data, search intent and more. Use it as a checklist of what is still missing.

10NLP Terms: weave in a weak term

Do this
  1. Open NLP Terms; each term shows its count vs a target range.
  2. Click an under-used term.
  3. A “Where to add” suggestion shows the exact sentence — click Insert and the agent weaves it in; the term turns green.

11Crawlability & Indexability

Do this
  1. Open Crawlability & Indexability; the agent audits the page.
  2. Review the passing checks (noindex, link hrefs, internal links, unique headings) and the site-level guidance (canonical, robots.txt, sitemap, redirects).

12Internal-link auto-placement

Do this
  1. The agent proposes internal links with the exact spot for each.
  2. Click Insert to accept, or Skip — links are added only after your approval.

13Meta: generate title and description

Do this
  1. Open the Meta editor.
  2. Click Generate for the title, then the description.
  3. Click Apply to editor — meta coverage jumps to full.

Part E — Publish

14Publish to WordPress

Do this
  1. Click Save & Publish.
  2. The publish window opens with title, slug, meta and tags pre-filled.
  3. Choose the Destination site and category.
  4. Click Publish Now (or Save as Draft). Status → Published ✓.
The Publish window: title, slug, meta and tags pre-filled. Pick the site and category, then Publish Now.

Tip
You never leave the editor — research, writing, optimisation and publishing all happen in one place.

Tips & best practices

  • Let the agent do the heavy lifting first: Re-analyze, then Agentic Improve / Fill Content Gaps before hand-editing.
  • Approve, don’t rewrite — confirm, insert, or skip each suggested change.
  • Aim for the target score, not 100; chasing 100 can cause over-optimisation.
  • Always generate the Meta before publishing — one of the biggest quick wins.
  • Run Crawlability the first time you publish to a site, for the site-level items.

Do I have to accept every AI change?

No. Every agentic change is shown for approval — confirm, insert, or skip. Nothing changes without your click.
