How refunds work for TechsGenius subscriptions, services and guarantees.

This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for TechsGenius subscriptions, services and the results-based guarantees we may offer. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for TechsGenius subscriptions and services. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing a plan or engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
Our free tools, calculators and Free plan are provided at no cost and are therefore not eligible for any refund.
Paid subscriptions (such as Pro and Agency plans) are billed in advance. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Refunds for partially used billing periods, renewals, or downgrades are granted at our discretion and may be prorated. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time to avoid future charges.
Custom agency engagements (SEO, PPC, design, and similar) are governed by the specific proposal or statement of work agreed with you. Refund and cancellation terms for those engagements are defined in that document and take precedence over the general terms here. Work already performed and deliverables already provided are not refundable.
Where we advertise a results-based guarantee (for example, measurable improvement within 90 days or your money back), it applies only on the following basis: you have an active paid engagement for the relevant service; you have implemented our reasonable recommendations and provided the access, materials and approvals we request in a timely manner; the guarantee period and success criteria are those stated in the applicable offer or statement of work; and the claim is made within the stated window. The guarantee does not cover results affected by factors outside our control or by your non-cooperation.
The following are generally non-refundable: advertising spend and third-party media costs; fees paid to third-party platforms or processors; one-time setup, onboarding or audit fees; custom work and deliverables already completed; and free or promotional services.
To request a refund, email hello@techsgenius.org from the email associated with your account, including your order or invoice reference and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to process your request.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider (typically 5–15 business days for card refunds; bank transfers may take longer). We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The 'Last updated' date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
